Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that embraces computer-generated graphics, audio as well as other digital information in real-world environments. AR augments the real world by adding virtual elements to it and enhancing the mixed environment. The main agenda behind AR is to provide a more interactive and engaging experience by merging the real and the virtual world and providing relevant digital information in real-time. But making AI cherry on top makes all the difference and it takes AR to the next level. In this blog, I will try to convey how AI can help in unleashing the full potential of AR and revolutionize the way we engage with digital information.
Object Recognition
Through AI algorithms one can identify objects in the real-world environment and overlay relevant digital information on top of them. With AI-powered object recognition, AR applications can provide a more interactive and engaging experience, making it easier for end users to find the information they need.
Image Recognition
Can say image recognition is possible in such a way that the images which are captured through AR are further classified based on AI algorithms one can identify patterns, textures, and shapes, making it easier for end users to interact with digital information.
Natural Language Processing
It generally focuses on enabling computers to understand and process human language. NLP can be used to enhance the user experience by allowing AR devices to understand and respond to voice commands and natural language queries. This natural language processing makes it easier for users to interact with digital information, reducing the need for complex interfaces and improving accessibility.
Real-Time Decision Making
AI can act as a boon that it can make real-time decisions on basis of the end user’s input. This makes the end user’s experience smooth and quick by providing a more dynamic and responsive experience.
