Conversion Kit Features Saves Money All New Components Rides Great More Reliable Than Air Suspensions No Modifications Required To Install Easy To Install Premium Springs Air Suspension Conversion Kit Includes 2 Complete Front Strut Assemblies With Springs 2 Complete Rear Strut Assemblies With Springs All Necessary Hardware Detailed Instructions This Conversion Kit Fits 2000 Lincoln LS, 2001 Lincoln LS, 2002 Lincoln LS Product Notes Fits All 2000-2002 LS Models With Or Without Factory Air Suspension Replaced Components The 2000-2002 Lincoln LS is built with the following suspension components: 2000-2002 Lincoln LS Coil-over Struts (x4) – a type of shock absorber; has metal tubing filled with gas-charged hydraulic fluid that is connected to the wheel of a vehicle in order to reduce the effects of vertical travel on a rough surface which controls the bounciness, and therefore comfort, of a vehicle. Coil springs are seated over the strut body and control the vehicles height. Suspension Failure Signs Early detection of a failed or leaking air suspension system on the LS is the key to avoiding total failure. Visibly sagging or inflated sides are a major red flag. Check the ride height- is it normal? Did you suddenly notice a height variance from one side to the other? Your suspension might be leaking if the air compressor is working too hard (it will be loud and noisy). Often, a warning light is lit up on the instrument panel. A repair is necessary in any of these cases. The longer the LS owner waits to repair a failed suspension, the more expensive it is. Warranty Period Strutmasters extends a 1 Year warranty on all Strutmasters branded shocks, struts, and springs. Strutmasters extends a 90 Day warranty on SmartRide branded shocks, struts, and springs. Warranty Details This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. If for any reason you find it necessary to alter a product you must receive written consent from a Strutmasters technician. This warranty will not cover surface finish, boot or mounting hardware such as, but not limited to, rubber bushings or dust covers. If a replacement is required prior to returning the defective product, a deposit for the replacement may be required. The deposit charge will be refunded upon receipt of the warrantied item. If the product is purchased in error or is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for shipping the products back at their expense and will be subject to a restocking fee as outlined in our return policy.
