Gas Metal Melting Furnace is used to melt copper, brass,gold, silver,aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals with melting points below 1300 ° C（2372 ° F）. Suitable for most fuels, liquefied gas，LPG, propane, etc. But it can not melt steel, iron. Many other people’s single burner furnace or double burners at one side furnace have a problem, the flame can only heat one side of crucible strongly ,especially if you use a big size crucible, the flame can only reach to 1/3 or 1/2 wall of the crucible, the opposite side has no flame. So we often saw that some part of metal in crucible has been melted, but some other part is not yet. It means you need longer time and more gas to melt whole pot of metal, my dual burner solved this problem by heating 2 sides of crucible at the same time, it can save 50% time and 20% gas cost. As we know, 40%–70% gas energy is actually escaping in heating process, that is big waste . So if you melt fast, you save more propane cost. Package includes all of items in my 1st photo,including crucible,casting mold,40CM tongs ,lifting and poring tongs,gloves,fire brick,hose & clamps,instruction manual. 1. Furnace body is made of steel( 1.5mm thick), superior strength and durability; 2. Dual gas burners are made of steel,each burner is around 100,000 BTU ,fast melting can save 50% time and 20% gas cost ; 3. Outside Dimensions : 12″ diameter x 15″ height (30cm x 37cm); 4. Inner Dimensions: 8″ diameter x 10″Height (20cm x 24cm); 5. Adjustable high pressure gas regulator with gauge from 0–30 psi , 5 ft (1.5m) long hose,USA certificated; 6. Two Crucibles: 16 kg crucible can load 16 kg brass or 4.8 kg aluminum or 19 kg silver; 6 kg crucible can load 6 kg brass or 1.8 kg aluminum or 7 kg silver; 7. Graphite casting Mold: 113 ML capacity, size is 125*60*40 mm, can melt 2 kg gold, 1.2 kg silver, 1kg copper. 8.One carbon graphite mixing stirring rods :one 8X300mm long;Carbon rods are used to stir precious metals, scrap while melting. Graphite rod is also used to remove any impurities on the surface of the molten metal. 9.A pair of lifting and pouring tongs for 8Kg,10Kg or 15 Kg crucible , safe and easy way to handle molten metals .It is made from heavy duty steel. Total Length is around 24” ( 60cm). The round shape jam is 6 inch .One person can handle this tong, no need other people’s help.10.The outer dimension of sand casting tool is 10x10x5Inches (25cmx25cmx12.5cm). The large steel mold is very suitable for large Castings, such as jewelry making, knife pommels, guards, and ingot moulds.11. Furnace body and lid are fully lined with 2 inch of ceramic fiber insulation. Furnace floor lined with 3 inch of ceramic insulation and firebrick .You only need a propane gas bottle/tank ( like 20,30 or 50 LB ). Our special advantage: 1. Dual burner can save 50% time and 20% gas cost.2.The air choke on our burner can control the air and flame at different gas pressure. 3. Many other seller’s burner head may be melted damaged after long time using in high temperature flame ,so you had to change the whole burner. But our bell shape burner head can be changed because it is connected by thread, you can buy replacement in local shop cheap and easily . 4. You also can use only one burner by shut off the valve ,and block one hole on furnace body with ceramic wool. Kind remind： 1. Do not use it to melt iron, that will shorten the life of the furnace. 2. Graphite crucible is consumable, you can change a new one according to your requirement. 3. Use safety goggles, mask as well as gloves while casting metals. 4. The ceramic insulation blanket is not asbestos .
