I will message you with instructions. Mail her to me. Typically, I can clean, restring your doll and have her back in the mail in 3 to 5 days. THE FOLLOWING WORK IS INCLUDED IN Betsy McCall Doll Head and Arms RE-STRINGING: 1.) Your Betsy doll’s head and arms will be strung tightly on your doll. Head and arms will move as they originally did. Sorry, I can not fix floppy hips, knees or crotch splits. This is because Betsy’s bottom half is not STRUNG. 2.) She will get a light cleaning with doll detergent. This detergent will take off years of grime but will not take off stains such as: pen marks, magic marker marks. Most of the time, I can get white mold off the head, body and EYES. 6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: I can add cheek blush for no charge. (Blush perks up her whole face.)
