Warranty and Return

Feedback

Most items will be shipped within one to two business days. We have warehouses located in many states. If you need a product faster, please contact us before placing the order, we will try out best to dispatch it from the closest state to where you reside at. We are not responsible for any delay due to uncleared payment or address. Our carrier is UPS and USPS, no Fedex to be used. We ship to all states within United States including APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands. Our service region can also be expanded to Canada and Mexico via eBay’s global shipping program.

• We provide warranty and direct technical support to our customers, by telephone or by email. If you need telephone support, please send us a message first and provide us a callback phone number and call back time window. Our technical support line does not accept incoming calls without authorization. In the case that the product is received in “dead on arrival” status, please contact us within 7 days from the invoice date and we will issue you a return shipping label for return. Most returns will be accepted within a 30-day return window. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. However, you may still contact us for warranty repair/replacement service.
• Please consult us prior to requesting for a Return Merchandise Authorization. No returned packages will be accepted without valid authorization.
• All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original “resellable” condition. Please pack the return product with all accessories, double box it with at least 2 inches of padding all around. If an item is returned used or damaged, based on the return condition, we will deduct ranging from 5% – 50% restocking fee from the total refund.
• For all items shipped with the FREE SHIPPING service, the initial freight cost shipped to customer will be deducted from the total refund on top of the restocking fee.
• For warranty services, each party will pay their own freight costs to ship the goods out. The total turn around time will be approximately 2 weeks.
• Accessories and Expendables will neither be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns.
